Jinja is the Adventure Capital of Uganda, some even say of East Africa. All kind of activities can be done here, there is for everybody something that can make visiting Jinja an adventure. Some of the things to do are on land; horseback riding, quad biking, mountain biking or a guided walking tour in Jinja.

Most activities are on the Nile; white water rafting - the best in the world is found here -, kayaking, stand up paddle, fishing, birding trips, sun downer cruise and jet boating. Also, if you can't choose between land and water; you can start on the Bungee tower and jump down into the Nile.
